Make sure your BIO and Location are correct to GRM standards.

Look through the website and get your bearings or get a tour from one of the members
Learn the clan history
Goto the homepage and read up on the interesting history of the clan
After your done with this list you may now change your rank to CPL in your BIO! Congrats!
Corporal-
Get familiar with the leader directory http://www.grmgaming.net/directory
Be taught how to recruit people. There are two ways to achieve this.

Learn the ranking system

Battalion meeting at 10
Officer meeting 10:30 or 11 PM Eastern
Monday
Squad meeting at 8 PM Eastern
Tuesday
Squad training 8 PM Eastern
Small officer’s meeting to discuss promotions 9 PM Eastern
Wednesday
Recruitment night starts at 8 PM Eastern
Thursday
Better yourself training night 8 PM Eastern
Friday
Competitive night 8 PM Eastern
Saturday
Offday do anything you want.
Learn what/how many battalions we have
Go to the forums and under the battalion section you will find all the other battalion
Learn what/how many departments are there
Go to the forums and read through the departments and ask around the clan to see possibly what department that could fit you
Get 3 recruits to join
Sergeant-
Must bring in 1 recruit every week.
Must attend 3 events every week.
Learn both C.A.R.T. and C.R.A.F.T.

Security level 1
You check recruits and other GRM members friends list for any blacklisted community’s in his friends list
You check GRM profiles for suspicious activity
Make sure GRM players are not doing any wrong doings in the community
You must have 5 site posts on the website
Must have a list of 5 recruits that you have recruited
Must have names correctly written down so we may see there profiles and confirm that they are real
Trained Sergeant-
You must Co-host 5 events
You must have 10 site post on the website
Mentor 3 people through Sergeant
Must have 10 recruits total
Must have competitive team knowledge
Read on the site under arena http://www.grmgaming.net/ladder
Security level 2
You will be tested on who and what other clans are blacklisted
Squads: who holds what ranks
Learn and attempt to memorize who holds the LT-GEN
Lieutenant-
Problem solving skills
Get all sides to the problem
Ability to Co-lead a competitive team
Ability to type up a incident a report
Send incident reports to your assigned captain
You must have 20 recruits total
You must have 15 posts on the site
Must have hosted one event
Must have 5 Training sergeants under your belt
Go over the clan history again on the website
Ability to enforce Code of Conduct
You know have ability to deal with people you break the code
Captain-
Must moderate the forums on the website
Must moderate the discord
Must have 30 recruits in total
Must have 20 site posts
Must have 2 LTs under your belt
Optional: Become a competitive team manager
Perform security checks every so often on members
Have hosted 2 events
Go over the ranking structure again on the website
Learn problem solving skills level 2
Learn security level 3
Handle incident reports
Shadow your Major/General
Can promote people up to Training Sergeant
Introduce yourself to new recruits
Major-
Insure the competitive team for your battalion is up and operational
Can promote People up to Lieutenant
Have a total of 40 recruits
Have a total of 25 site posts
Go over the history of the clan on the website again
Make 2 captains (for promotion to General)
Must attend the battalion meetings
Must host 2 Monday meetings
Must host 1 officer meeting
Must remove people from the battalion that have deserted there duties and post’s
Must maintain the logs of hosted events on the website
Must host tuesday scheduled events at least 2 times
Must learn how to run a squad and review CART/CRAFT
Must learn the J.U.I.C.E. technique
