Proper Recruitment Guide
This guide will teach you the best methods and ways to get recruits. Recruiting is very important in GRM as that helps build the community and helps build the next generation of leaders.
1. Mass Message
Mass messaging is the best method. This method is done by, like the name says, mass messaging players in a game lobby or after the game. This can be done by using the xbox app, a highly recommended resource, or by using a PC xbox app. You can even do it on xbox. The down side to using this method is that it takes a lot of time but it pays off with a lot of recruits. Heres a good example of what to message them:
"Hey! Hows it going? I'd like to offer you an invitation to GRM, known as Galactic Republic Military. We have a lot of activities, tournaments, and prizes. If this sounds like something you're interested in let me know, if not, then have a great day."
The strategy here, is to make an offer and push the positive stuff on the person. Another good one is:
"Hey! Do you like Star Wars? Do you like Star Wars Battlefront 2? Then join GRM! GRM has over over 1000 members and hosts fun activities Monday-Saturday at 8pm eastern. It is a good opportunity to make friends and advance in the game. If your interested, then let me know."
The strategy for this one is the population numbers and the group. The down side of this post is the asking of questions as it leaves a lot of questions but it is still very effective,
2. LFG Post (Looking For Group):
This method is where you set up a Looking for group post. This method is more of a secondary method. The reason why is that it only get one or two recruits on most days, however, this method is very good. This method gives you recruits on the side and it builds up. Plus you have the highest acceptance rating as they are "Looking for groups" and we provide them the group. There is a specific way of setting it up so that it lasts for a week. Heres How:
1.Change the day to a wekk later
2. Change the party start time to "11:45 PM"
3. Make sure you set it to 15.

3.Clubs
This method proves to be very effective. What you do on this method is create an LFG post or announcement in a group chat of a club or activity feed section. This method can be very effective but you have to ask the admins of the clubs if you can do that first. If you don't ask then you can get banned from the club. If done right, this method ha proven to be very effective.
There is a lot of social media platforms out there and they can help you get recruits. You can maybe post something on facebook, instagram or reddit. There is even some famous gaming sites that you could advertise on. This method is very uncommon in GRM but it has gotten a lot of recruits before.
Conclusion:
