CART/CRAFT
CART - 4 key elements to running a squad
C - Communication
~ "You can talk one or one with someone, in a party, or in a lobby. Communication is very important when running a squad. Keeping a constant flow of information going and working together as a team."- Elder Sean
With this being said you want to always be in communication between officers and your enlisted members. Remember to appropriately use the chain of command.
A - Activities
~ "Holding them through out the day, 8pm EST, training lobbies/ recruiting lobbies, and Gamebattles." -Elder Sean
-Mondays are squad meeting nights. Tuesdays are training nights on material for members who are interested in ranking up and wanting to learn about how the clan works with its structure. Wednesdays are squad battle nights. Thursdays are game training nights. Fridays are public match nights. Saturdays are custom game nights and Sundays are battalion meeting nights.
R - Recruiting
~ "This can be done by talking to someone one on one, in a game lobby or through a mass message."-Elder Sean
When you recruit somebody tell them the clan history allow them to get to know other squad members and whos in charge of the squad. Make them feel at home and comfortable. Make sure you properly set their profiles up to be in uniform.
T - Training
~ "Done either for GameBattles or for ranking up, We recommend training people in no larger of a group then 3 - 5 people at a time."-Elder Sean
Train those who are interested on moving up in the squad look for good candidates please. Teach them the basics of the clan, ranking structure, Code Of Conduct, clan history, requirements to move up and CART/CRAFT.
CRAFT - How to run a lobby
C - Communication and Control
~ "You can talk one or one with someone, in a party, or in a lobby. Communication is very important when running a lobby. Keeping a constant flow of information going and working together as a team. Make sure you keep control of the lobby and handle any / all issues that can come up."- Elder Sean
Make sure you keep everybody in your lobby in line. Do not allow for everyone to be stepping on each other when talking, make sure everybody is following the orders from the host and make sure the Code of Conduct is being enforced.
R - Recruitment
~ "Make sure all members are set up correctly and are on the tag. The "R" in craft is more for checking up on already recruited members to make sure there done correctly."-Elder Sean
Make sure the recruits are in uniform meaning that their bios and locations are properly set up. Example: Galactic Order, www.galacticorder.org for the location and for their bio 38th Armored division Pvt, Phoenix Squad.
A - Attendance
~ "Take down the attendance of all members who join the activity. The reason this is done is so we have records of who is active and who is not."-Elder Sean
Attendance is crucial in keeping tabs on whos active within the squad. We do clean outs at least once a month remember it is required that you show up to at least two events per week. If you can not make it communicate that with your squad leader so you are not cleaned out.
F - Forums
~ "This is a tool used to keep contact with members outside xbox and to learn information on. All members should check the site every day or every other day. Also used to post information on your squad."- Elder Sean
Being active on the forums is crucial. Squad leaders will post a hosting schedule every week so you know whos hosting every day and there you will also find squad updates and news. If you can not communicate outside of xbox use the forums.
T - Training
~ "Done either for GameBattles or for ranking up, We recommend training people in no larger of a group then 3 - 5 people at a time."- Elder Sean
On this aspect you want to train people on how to properly host lobbies. Show them on how to invite everyone on the tag split parties if you have to. Have a Co-Host. (edited)
