Welcome to the recruiting workshop, tonight I will teach you several different techniques on how to recruit, I will teach you how to set up your recruit, and also how to make your recruit feel welcomed, and keep them active. Make sure you take notes in your phone, or in a notebook.Lesson one- How to find recruits1. LFG(Looking For Group) this is a way for people to meet up and game with each other, this is also a very successful tool to gaining new members.
2. Recent players.
3. Friends list. Ask them if they want more people to play with and possibly contribute to the number one community on xbox.Lesson Two- Setting up

2. Add GRM Sparky

5. Get them to fill out a application on the website(www.grmgaming.net)
6. Last get them on discord. Add GRM TheCloudFather#0933Lesson 3 - Keeping them active(Nobody wants to just be a number, they want to help be a change)1. Introduce them to squad members
2. Constantly check on them, ask about there day, see if they need help with something, just make them feel welcomed.
3. Train them on how to do things within GRM rank structure, or how to recruit.
4. Just be a friendPop Quiz- in this section you will ask each individual 3 questions. If they miss a question or they might be on the right track help them out.
