30 Day Squad Setup
Week 1
-Find a Knight or Master to create you a squad tag. This is to keep track of
members inside of your squad, so you know who is active and not.
-Send the messages daily and add an officer list if prvy on your tag.
-Get to know your recruits encourage them all to sign up for the website as it is a promotion to a Cpl. There is important education material on the website.
-Encourage new members to learn how to recruit and get them up to Sgt’s and then test them for Tsgt which will give them an opportunity to go towards an officer rank.
-You want to try and get the tag at least 10-15 people.
Week 2
- Host activities every night Mon-Saturday 8PM Est time.
-Log your attendance and keep an eye on your most active members as they could potentially become officers.
-Start creating and training members to become officers. This will help you have more staff and be able to distribute the work evenly.
-Make sure they know how to do the job and that they are doing it.
-Host squad meetings see who’s interested in moving up and go over some goals everyone can do.
-Do recruiting parties too. That way everyone can bring new people in and your squad will go.
-Create a hosting schedule have members learn how to host so they can pick a day and host an event party.
-Your tag should be up to at least 25 members.
-Non name changes may obtain the rank of Warrant Officer.
-Encourage your officers to sign up for the academy.
Week 3
-Have the Lt’s start mentoring their recruits teaching them the COC, CART/CRAFT, Ranking structure etc. This way by week 4 you will have a full officer corps.
-Start a competitive team your squad should be up to at least 35-50 members by now.
-Start training a potential captain to fill in the major position that way you can attain the rank of general. Tag must be up to 50 people.
-Train up the Lt’s to Cpt’s they should have mentored other members so they can fill in the vacant spots.
Week 4
-The tag should be up to 60-75 members by now
-During this week you want to start getting the squad split ready. Make sure you have a full officer corps before a split.
-Fill in the major spot.
-By now you should be halfway through academy classes and almost on your path to become a knight.
-You must split your squad to be eligible for your Knight’s test.
-Make sure your officers are logging attendance properly and you are updating the forums.
-Log an officer Corps list weekly. Report to your Battalion commander weekly to give numbers.
