Recruitment Process
RECRUITING:
THE PROCESS STARTS IN THE PARTY, ONCE YOU ARE CONFORTABLE ENOUGH TO GET THEM INTO THE SQUAD AND WANT TO RECRUIT THE INDIVIDUAL YOU MUST FIRST GO THROUGH THE RECRUIING CHECKLIST:
Recruiting basics
- [ ] Check age 14+
- [ ] Check if they have been or are apart of any blacklisted clans/community
- [ ] Check their friends list for members of blacklisted clans { (xMPx) Sentinal}
- [ ] Make sure they sign up on the website
- [ ] Inform of the bio and location change
- [ ] Bio: (Squad Name), Rank: Corporal, recruited by (your GT), Started: MM/DD/YY
- [ ] Inform of the Gamertag change within 60 days of joining
- [ ] Inform of the weekly events held Monday-Saturday from 8-9pm EST 1-2am EU 7-8pm Central 6-7pm Mountain 5-6pm Pacific
- [ ] Add both the squad tag and GRM Sparky
- [ ] ONCE COMPLETE use your squads new recruit list and place them in the new recruit category, USE THE FORMAT PROVIDED
AS YOU ARE GOING THROUGH THE CHECKLIST BEGIN WITH ASKING FOR THEIR DISCORD AND SEND THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
