As a padawan learner, you need to learn how to lead. Since one day you will have a padawan of your own that you need to mentor yourself. What does it mean to you to be a leader? Use your book and reference points from there about what you believe is to be an efficiemnt leader.

What it means to be a leader is being able to learn from the trials you experience. Everyday life has different challenges. You can either face them and overcome or run and hide. In order to be a leader you have to know how to push yourself and everyone around you through those challenges. You have to teach, mentor, and counsel people around you in order to push them to be better and reach their potential. You have to know that if you are a team you will never prosper yourself. You are only as strong as your weakest link. That's why it will be our job as Knights and masters to mentor squad leaders on how to split squads and help when necessary so the squad doesn't fail. In turn so the clan doesn't fail as well.
