As a padawan learner, you need to learn how to lead a squad and know what CART/CRAFT is and also know all the ranks. At this point in your squad you should have 1 Major and a captain Corps to get ready for squad split. What does it mean to you to be a leader?

I’m a General over my own squad (Wolf) we have one Major, 4 Lieutenants, 17 T sergeants and 60 total in the squad. Should have 1 captain in the next week. What it means to me to be a leader is to teach people what they need to know anything they may ask about. Also to be a leader is to show someone the necessary tasks it takes in order to be able to run a squad and for future references he would know what is expected of him once he gets the position of a squad leader aka leading by example.
CART (4 key elements to running any lobby)
C- Communication/control
Confirming that everyone knows who’s hosting events and having each and every one of us on the same page.
A- Activity
Being aware of who is active, attending event nights, and outside of 8-9pm game night.
R- Recruiting
Not only recruiting but ensuring the recruitment process is completed correctly and uniformly. Bios, locations, and making sure they add the squad tag and every person needed in order to officially be in GRM.
T- Training
Insuring people are trained properly, not only on how to run lobby’s, parties, and keeping everything controlled and organized.
CRAFT (5 key elements to running a squad)
C- Communication
Make sure the communication concise and clear and chain of command is followed. Inner squad communication is key.
R- Recruiting
Uniform worn correctly, and confirming everyone is in aware and making their recruits wear it as well. Always keep the new faces rolling in, more people more fun.
A- Attendance
Keeping people active, logging the attendance correctly and posting it everywhere it should be. Keep inviting people of the squad tag to make sure we have a active community
F- Forums
The website GRMgaming.net, and discord.
T- Training
Training everyone from privates to captains to work their way up and replace us as officers so we can progress. Also leading by an example on how to host and co host by them selves. Insist on a train everyone on everything
I'm a major in my squad with 1 Captain, and 0 Lt’s all of which work as hard as I do to train and build the squad up. I’ve got 5 TSgt’s training to become Lieutenant’s.
